Prior to a career change into development training in 1998 Andy gained valuable commercial, laboratory research and management experience within a global biotechnology business and the reserve forces (Royal Artillery). His qualifications include B.Sc. (Hons) in Applied Biological Sciences (Bristol), CMI Level 5 Coaching & Mentoring, Practitioner: Lumina Spark, MBTI®, Hogan, Emotional Intelligence (Hay, JCA), Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI), Leadership Climate Indicator, Transactional Analysis (TA 101) & SDI. Andy holds Registered Teacher status that support his work delivering masterships programmes at Cranfield University.
