Olga Valadon is a business and culture strategist, leadership coach and change manager. She is also the Founder and Director of Change Aligned, a change management consulting agency focused on “empowering inspirational leadership and guiding organizations in a people-centric approach to change”.
Olga began her professional career 25 years ago after completing her Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Philosophy and Education and her Master's degree in Management. Following a 20-year career in Financial Services, she joined Deloitte in 2016. In her last position at the firm, she served as Chief of Staff. Over the course of her career, Olga worked with teams and clients in UK, EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. She held a variety of leadership positions and served as a sounding board and advisor to many senior leaders in her organizations, including members of Boards and Executive Committees..
Olga is a lifelong learner. Her passion for continuously pushing herself beyond her comfort zone drove her to seek out, throughout her career, the roles that would allow her to grow personally and professionally.
When not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing volunteering work whether it is coaching charity leaders, mentoring the next generation of women leaders or giving career talks to students. She is a fellow of the RSA and co-lead of the Good Work Guild's Diversity and Inclusion thematic group. Most recently, she joined the Board of Directors at the University of Cambridge Primary School.
