Colleen Leclercq, founder of Connect EQ, brings over 20 years' corporate experience, across major business sectors, and a passion for positive leadership and understanding organizational behaviour.
She helps organizations create a thriving culture by cultivating workplace wellbeing, especially during complex change. Her main area of focus is enabling healthy relationships with self and others. She does this through individual, team and group coaching and organizational culture change interventions, in-person or online, which are tailor-made to suit each organization.
Colleen believes we are always in relationship - intra-and-interconnected, and that power and impact lie in the spaces between. Added to this belief is that organizational cultures are as unique as the people in them and therefore, unique requirements need to be met on every level. Her joy in this work lies in the small shifts that organizations make to inspire exponential positive change.
