Dr. Chrisantus Namada Ouma is the founder and lead consultant with Flywheel Consult, a management and organization development consultancy based in Nairobi, Kenya in East Africa., He has an extensive professional background spanning more than three decades, having held active managerial and leadership positions in the public, private, and non-governmental sectors. He currently oversees employee performance management & organizational change, and human resource information system (HRIS) operations in a dynamic public-sector organization in Kenya. His competencies lie in organization development, leadership and culture development, and human resources development.
Dr. Namada holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Change, as well as a Bachelor’s degree (BSc.) in Information Systems and Technology from the United States International University-Africa. Additionally, he holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI), situated in Arusha, Tanzania, and a Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management in Kenya. He is a Certified OCAI© partner and is experienced in the Competing Values Framework (CVF) model.
