Margo’s professional background is in Information Technology, Telecommunications and Health IT. With more than 25 years of professional experience in senior leadership and information management she combines proven, real world experience with the education and training to help her clients thrive. One consistent indicator of success throughout all industries and in both public and private sector was the organizational culture.
Margo holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Maryland and a Masters Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. She also completed graduate level course work in Public Policy and Administration from the Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed coach and a Board Certified Executive Coach from the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE), in addition to numerous other coaching certifications.
