Our Director, Consulting Practice, Ms Kok Pooi Chen, is a certified OCAI Culture Change and Leadership consultant. She is also a trained executive coach, program facilitator, assessment center assessor and HR consultant. In the course of her work, she has helped clients and organizations she has worked in, develop leaders, manage change and transformation. Her ability to deliver people management, people assessment and development initiatives are a culmination of her years of work as a HR professional and consultant. She is known for the personal effort she puts in to help people make personal change.
