Shaun Bowler is an organisational psychologist with wide, deep experience in organisational development, business and management. He has led change and developed teams as both a consultant and a line manager, holding management roles for the Dairy Board, Statistics New Zealand, the Energy Efficiency & Conservation Authority and KPMG. He has since helped hundreds more organisations. A skilled facilitator, he offers diagnostics and workshops to help create positive culture and performance. He delivers regular workshops and webinars on wellbeing, and provide supervision and coaching to managers and leaders.
Graduating with a degree in human & comparative physiology from the University of Otago, he started his career in marketing, later moving to business consulting. He won an MSc (Hons) 1st Class from the University of Auckland, gaining registration as a psychologist in 1996. He's a full member of the New Zealand Psychological Society with Chartered Organisational Psychologist status.
In 2019-20 his partner Joy and he undertook a volunteer assignment for Volunteer Service Abroad (VSA) in the Solomon Islands - a life-changing and rewarding experience! They primarily work from and live in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, New Zealand.
