Our mission is to develop talents through structured Executive Coaching, Cultural Transformation and leadership development programs. We are based in Sao Paulo - Brazil and we serve all Latin America Region.
Silvana Mello
Develops strategic projects with the Boards of Directors, the Presidency and the Executive Board, contributing to the expansion of the Leadership vision and its business challenges. She is accredited by ICF as PCC - Professional Certified Coach - Delivering programs in Portuguese, English and Spanish. She has approximately 2000 proven hours of coaching in large organizations and more than 300 hours of training in Coaching outside Brazil. Graduated in Psychology and Master in Business Administration from PUC - São Paulo.

Expert in Executive Coaching and Team Coaching projects (accredited by ICF) at LHH and TCS Executive Coach for CEOs; VPs; “C Level” in general. More than 3.000 hours of coaching. Sr Trainer: Coaching conversations / Situational Leadership, Conflicts & Tough Conversations and Talent Development trainings. Development of Strategic Plans: facilitator Trainer in Negotiation in company: Basic & Advanced Training Programs / Expert in Contracting An ICF(International Coach Federation); ATD(Association for Talent Development/Former ASTD) and Columbia Alumni member.
