Karen Duggan is the Founder and CEO of The MindWorks Company , a consultancy firm dedicated to improving results for organizations by tapping into the ultimate success resource - human potential.
Through The MindWorks Company, Karen has been providing organizational effectiveness solutions, including leadership workshops, team trainings, and executive coaching. She is certified in multiple systems based in Behavioral Science and Mindfulness Programs.
Karen has repeatedly been at the center of developing companies and expanding new ventures. She exhibits incisive business savvy that translate easily to her current ventures. As Director of Administration, which oversaw all H/R functions, she was instrumental in the growth of Grill Concepts, Inc leading to their IPO (Nasdaq:GRIL). Karen has worked internationally as part of the development team that brought the acclaimed South African multiplex cinema operator, Ster-Kinekor, into Central Europe. She has contracted with publishing and medical device organizations in Sales & Marketing roles, and has started two entrepreneurial ventures, Playful Planet and The MindWorks Company.
She is currently a candidate for a Masters of Science in Organization Development in the prestigious MSOD program at the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University.
