Anthony is the lead Organisation Development (OD) and Transformation consultant with Toni Max Consulting based in Nairobi Kenya in East Africa. His expertise and experience acquired over 15 years, inextricably blends with leadership, management and consulting competencies gained from large, dynamic, and complex organisations including corporates, public sector institutions, NGOs, universities and small and medium sized businesses.
Antony’s management and consulting engagements have featured: strategy development, programme design, project management, organisation development, change management, monitoring and evaluation, culture transformation, training, and workshop facilitation among others.
He holds a Doctorate in Organisation Development and Transformation from Cebu Doctors’ University Mandaue City in the Philippines, a Master of Arts degree in Leadership specialising in Business and Entrepreneurship from PAC University Nairobi Kenya, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Marketing from Daystar University Nairobi. Additionally, he is a certified PRINCE2 project manager, PROSCI certified change management practitioner, certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, certified OCAI partner, conversant with Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) methodology, and a member of the Organisation Development Network.
