Are you preparing for the future?
What a year it has been! Let's look back to prepare for the future. Here’s a selection of articles on organizational culture, change, and positive leadership that you liked best. Being future-fit means continuous learning and adapting, training resilience and trying out new things. What remains the same is applying practices based on positive psychology to achieve positive outcomes. Let’s contribute to a positive future.
For me, this has been a year of learning in addition to my consulting work and giving workshops and training. I attended several conferences on climate and compassion. I attended courses and dialogue groups on Effective Altruism and Active Hope and followed additional university education on Sustainability in Business.
A positive organizational culture is a sustainable culture with a positive purpose. Organizations have to step up and contribute to solutions for climate, social and environmental challenges. If you want to learn more, the below articles are a quick starting point. If you want to dive deeper, read the books that inspired these blog posts or enroll in one of the courses that inspired me. Keep learning!

ESG and a positive organizational purpose
ESG isn’t just a legal reporting obligation, but an opportunity. Working on Environmental, Social, and Governance challenges activates your organization’s purpose and culture, improves the bottom line, and delivers easier subsidies, licenses, and funding. It helps to strengthen stakeholder relations, differentiate from the competition, and helps to attract millennials and Gen Z professionals and customers. What’s your corporate motivation? Is it a must, a should, a want?

Let's prepare and improve!
So, are you open to learning and changing? Open to heeding sustainability and social justice in your private life and at work? Welcome! We can improve our organizations from the inside so that they become positive organizations that contribute to a positive future.
